I'm seeking information on Charlie Bear (aka Charles, C.W. Bear, Beare, Barer) d. 1910, buried in Whitt Cemetery, Parker County, TX. He was married to Jennie Bell Hogland in 1983, in Wise, TX, under the name Charlie Barer. I know about Jennie, but I can't find any info about him prior to the 1900 census. In the 1900 census (Parker, TX), he was listed as C. W. Bear, born 1873 in Illinois, father & mother born in Missouri; but in the 1910 census (also Parker, TX), he is listed as Charlie Bear, born 1875 in Kansas, father born in Pennsylvania, mother born in Missouri. His children were Altie/Alta and Mary (who both listed him as Charles Beare when they died).
