Sorry this is very late reply. Charles Baulch my great great great grandfather had already emigrated to Australia by 1842 he was in the army previously. But he did come from Somerset. So there must have been a lot of Baulches around that area! We have a family tree going back a little way in Somerset but I don't have it with me at the moment.
