I was wondering if anyone had any information about John Batten/Batton (1735-1781) and/or his son John Batten/Batton (1765-1819)both from Salem, Mass. who served in the American Revolution aboard the Schooner Warner. I have read both their entries in "Mariners of the American Revolution."
