Thomas was b 20 Jun 1961 in Lynchburg. He marr Heather Lynn Washburn dau of William Bryant Washburn Sr. & Rosetta Ruth Tuck. Need his parents & siblings. His wife's family goes back to the Brooks family from Caroline Co which I am researching. Just trying to fill in the blanks on the Brooks line. Any info appreciated.
