According to Kenneth Waddell, Charles T. Waddell (son of William Greenway Waddill and 2nd wife Julia Bell) was born 4 Mar 1863, died Sept 1901, and marred Mrs Sarah BARTLETT Brown, all in Coles Co IL.

Census records show that Charles was living in Mattoon Twp, Coles Co, IL, in April 1910, married to SARAH for 1 year, his first marriage, her second. Coles County has no record of his death 1910-1920, and neither he nor she is in the 1920 census. There is an undated tombstone at Campground cemetery with his name on it. (Campground Cem has not answered my letter on this subject.) When and where did he die?
