Mistake on Family Trees

Hi,

I've been researching the Barrineau family, and as I went about updating my family tree, I started noticing that alot of Barrineau cousins have

George Barrineau (1798-1840) >>

son of Arthur Barrineau (1760-1811) >>

son on Isaac Barrineau (1739-1806) >>

son of Isaac VARIAN

This is not correct. Isaac Barrineau's father is Isaac Barrineau. Not VARIAN. Isaac Varian came to America and settled in New York, where he lived as a butcher and died in New York. I have seen this connection on just about every family tree and oneworld tree I've come across. However, if you check locations and dates, you'll beging to see that Isaac VARIAN and Isaac BARRINEAU are NOT the same person.
