I, too, believe I belong to the George Barnhardt (1787-1844) Did he have a son, Charles A. Barnhardt (b-1830 married Catherine Bost)? Charles A. had a son, George N. Barnhardt (b-1854 married Addaline Shimpock)who came to Texas and settled in Hunt County. I can continue with the line down to today, but before I do, would like to know if I have the correct line of Barnhardts.

Did George have a brother named Adam (b-1785). Adam's grandaughter is the Addaline Shimpock mentioned above. Gotta love these intersecting trees!
