Need help sorting out two Morris Barnes
One was b 1783 d 7 Dec 1861 Sherman, Fairfield CT, lived next door to William and Susannah (?Fowler) Barnes in 1850, was ferryman. Possibly married Charlotte ?

The second is Morris Barnes 1780-1840 who family records suggest is the son of Stephen Barnes and Ann Phinney of Sherman CT. He married Charity Proper and lived in Clinton, Dutchess County NY. Probably had brother Zeno C Barnes. He was said to have died in Pennsylvania and have been buried in the friends' ground at Clinton Corners.
