Help! I am looking for the
Barden Family who originated out of
Sampson County, Turkey N.C.& Clinton N.C. Possibly others in unknown areas. My grandfather's name was George B. Barden (I never knew him) and had twenty-two brothers. Some of them were named:
Shad,
Rice,
Westley, Lewis (or) Louis, Will, James. Two sisters Ellen & Frances. Twenty-four children altogether. Their Parents were George or Jim
Barden wife
Adeline Carrol Barden. The remainder of twenty - two names are unknown. The only brother I ever met was James who died in Clinton, N.C. in 1976. My grandfather married Zelda Nelson of
Lane South Carolina then Corneilus
Barden of Clinton, N.C. then Pearl
