1851 census ? Seeking John Bolt/Boult and family (sons Nathaniel b.1837 and Henry/James c.1844 at least) in St. Thomas reg. district, Heavitree, Exeter, Devon. Mother was Ebelina/Abelina in IGI but she appears to have died in 1843 - I guess I need the 1841 data as well). Son James/Henry emigrated out here in 1875 and no sign of father in 1881. Nathaniel was a baker in Plymouth at this date with a wife Caroline but no children at home. James was Henry Bolt on 1870 marriage reg. at Chard but once out here was James Boult !! His wife was Jemima Barber, bc1850 of Chard, Somerset, father John. Found her birth on Free Online 1837 but not the others due to commonality of names. Makes him difficult to follow.
