John Ballinger/Ballenger is not in my line.

Ida Jane Ballenger was my GG Grandmother. Her father was
Jacob Ballenger. His father was
Benjamin Ballenger. His father was
Sgt. William Ballenger.

At this point I have a few working theories about who William's father was, likely Edward Jr., but I have no proof. We are pretty sure, based on DNA, that William's grandfather was Edward Sr.
