I am looking for any and all information on Joseph Ballard, a member of the Andover conspiracy. He was married twice: 1st to Elizabeth Phelps (1646-1692)[dau. of Edward and Elizabeth (Adams) Phelps], in 1665 and, 2nd to widow Rebecca (Rea) Stevens Orne, on 15 Nov 1692; he had children by both of these women.
