I am looking for help on finding the parents of Martha BATEY who married Abel BALL (1805-1852) on 25 Jun 1836 in New York City. They were married at the Mariners Church by Rev. Henry Chase. According to Find-A-Grave, Martha was born on 20 May 1813 in New York and died on 1 May 1879 in Providence, Rhode Island. They had four children all born in New Shoreham, RI. Their names were Nancy Evelyn BALL (1840-UNK), Nathaniel Green BALL (1844-1893), Theophilus Constantine BALL (1848-1933), and Abel Edward BALLl (1850-1915). I am also looking for any living BATEY descendants. Any information would be appreciated!
