Update:

Harriet Baldwin (b. Feb 1845 in Virginia), who married George McBride, born in the United Kingdom, possibly Ireland or Scotland) whose vitals and lineage I am also seeking. Harriet may have been widowed as early as 1880. They had one daughter, Mary A McBride, who married (1) Samuel Meyer and (2) Charles McManus.
