I am looking for information on Julia A. W. Baker. I know she was born in Wisconsin in the 1800's. Owned a home for women and children in Kansas City, MO in the early 1900's. She married a retired mayor of Kansas City, George M. Shelley. If anyone has more information about her, please let me know.
