In the 1920 census, Frank A. BAKER was living at 130 Western Ave. S, St. Paul, MN with his mother Margaret.

I believe he was born in Buffalo, NY in 1896-7 and Margaret was born in Canada. His father was Benjamin BAKER and his grandfather was Joseph BAKER of Wayne County PA.

In the 1928 St. Paul city directory, he's living at 309 E. Congress and has a wife, Geneva. He worked as an inspector for the "US Bureau of A", which I assume means agriculture.
