Alexander (b 27 Sep 1829) (parents are Richard Simpson and Janet Penman Bowman) married (22 Nov 1852 in Cameron, Fife) Mary Bain/Bayne (parents are David Bain and Cecilia Watson) (b about 1827) and had the following children; Richard (b about 1854), Euphemia (b 22 Nov 1855), Janet (b 5 Nov 1857), Alexander (b 28 Apr 1860), and Mary (b 19 Jun 1862).

Richard (their first born) is/was my 3rd Great Grandfather.
