Looking for a Bagnall Family (unsure of correct spelling) originally from England. Possible first names of John and Eliza. They traveled to Jamaica around the late 1840's when Jamaica was under English control. John was sent to start a school for the English Government. They fled Jamaica around the early 1850's with all of the school money. They were said to have sailed to Canada, then to the US and changed their last name to RIVERS. I have found them in the Ohio 1860 Census.
