'You would not happen to know what happened to the original deed to the land in Back Neck, would you? I thought it was in the Cumberland County Historical Society. But it appears to be missing. You know, the one on sheep skin? I live in Millville, but originated (born) in Bridgeton.
I too am a direct decendant ofd Robert from Pennypacker Lane, Glouscestershire, England 1764 or so

Where is Robert Ayars grave? I am descended from him through his son Caleb to Aaron-Noah-John-Benjamin-Peter B, who was my ggrandfather. I believe that Noah, a revolutionary war soldier, is buried in Bridgeton.

Most of what I have found is from the ayars.com site. I also have spent some time on Sabitarian sites and Seventh Day Babtist sites since Ayars in New Jersey is closely linked together. I have found it all very interesting
