I just ran across your offer of sharing the AXE crest. My grandmother was an AXE from Auglaize County, Ohio.
If you still are able to email me a copy, I surely would appreciate it.

Axe
I just stumbled across this thread. I am currently researching a friend's family tree and I've found she has a load of Axes in Somerset around Odcombe & East Chinnock. Her 3rd Great Grandmother is Sarah Axe (b:1838, East Chinnock) whose parents are Thomas & Edith.
If these names match any of yours, could you let me know, I'm a little stuck getting past this couple.
Cheers

My husband's (David Axe - born Doncaster 1942) mother used to tell us about Eric Blood Axe too!
Is it fact or just family legend?

Axe
Hello! My name is Ami Axe, I reside in South Bend, Indiana. My fathers name is James Axe and his biological fathers name is Norman Axe. My father side of the family is mostly on the east coast in Pennsylvania. Most of them were raised in York and Lancaster, PA. Between divorces' and deaths it has been very difficult to try to find where my last name comes from. Axe is not a common to have in the Mid-west and that's ok with me.
