I am looking for information on James A. AUSTIN who was born on 15 Nov 1942 in Pittslyvania County, Virginia. He was a son of Oscar Lee AUSTIN (1877-1950) and Dulcie Merle YEATTS (1914-1976). I believe he was living in Stuart, Virginia in 1996. Did he marry and did he have children?
