Hi my paternal greatgrandfather, Joseph Atkinson died in his late 30's
at the Joint counties lunatic assylum in 1892. He was a resident of Penrith and his widow was Sarah Anne Berry.
She married William Alderson in 1896 and had many children by him before and after marriage.
I am looking for any information how to get access to Joseph's medical records from the Assylum or death certifcate.
