While searching on various misspellings of the Applegarth name, I ran across a source entry for a marriage license for Renben T. Applegirth and Mary Wigley with marriage on 19 Dec 1835 in Baltimore, Maryland. I'm hoping that this is a transcription error, and is actually the marriage license for Reuben & Mary.

If anybody is in the Annapolis area there is a microfilm of originals and a card index at the Hall of Records. The title is "Marriage licenses, 1777-1851" and the author is "Baltimore County (Maryland). Clerk of the Circuit Court".

If anybody has access to a family history center or the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, it is film or fiche number 0013694.


If anybody gets a chance to pull this reference, I would love to hear from them. If I could get a copy of the license, I would be even more grateful!
