My dear sweet mother-in-law has always wondered about her long lost uncles.

Christina Anderson, b 1864, immigrated from Sweden ABT 1881 WITH HER TWO BROTHERS. Her two brothers stayed with her until she was able to find a job as a nanny to the family of Johan August Hjelm-krantz. Then they disappeared and were never heard from again.

Christina married Mr. Hjelm-krantz after his wife passed away. They moved to North Branch, Minnesota. Their children shortened the name to simply 'Krantz'.

If anyone has an Anderson grandfather who 'lost' his sister, Christina, in the early 1880's, please let me hear from you and let's compare notes.
