Peter ANDERS (aka ANDREWS) of Henderson County, NC had a son by the name of George, born about 1826. In 1850, George, under the name ANDREWS, is living with a Juliette (age 30) and a male child W.P. (age 6/12) in Henderson County. Peter's children and grandchildren were known to cross the NC/SC line often. My husband's line, coming through Peter's son Daniel, settled in Pickens County, SC.
