I am searching for any information regarding the Allenbaughs from Meyersdale, Somerset PA. Are there any Pennsylvania genealogy books at the library I might delve into? From what I've heard my great great great grandparents helped to put Meyersdale on the map. They also built furniture for that area around the mid 1850s, even though they were basically farmers. I have pictures of Samuel Allenbaugh and Mary Myers Allenbaugh (originals) just go to Ancestry.com the tree is family tree in memory of Samuel Oliver Johnson (a wonderful dad). Samuel's daughter Melissa Allenbaugh married Samuel Lewtellus Nicholson, also furniture makers and farmers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
