Looking for any information on Nancy Allen, born in NC in 1811, died 1893 in Randolph Co., AR. She married John Pearce/Pierce about 1828, their first child was born in Oct 1829 in NC or TN. In 1830 they were in Benton Co., TN.

It seems too much of a coincidence that their first son, named William Henry Pearce had a son that he named William Zera Pearce if there is no connection with the Zera Allen who was born 1809, died 1892 in Randolph Co., AR. I've always assumed that Zera and Nancy were brother and sister, but other researchers say that Zera did have a sister named Nancy but that she married someone else.

Does anyone have any information about how Zera and Nancy might be related?
