Who were the parents of the Rachel Aldrich who married William Comstock in Smithfield RI on 21 Feb 1765. Among my several Aldrich connections I have two possibilities. I'm sure there must be others.

Rachel dau. of Peter Aldrich and Miriam Ray of Mendon and
Rachel dau. of David Aldrich and Sarah Benson of Douglas, MA.

The first one I have given a very low probablility as she was married to Darius Daniels (sometimes refered to as Daniel Daniels) about the same time.

The second was the leading contender until I found the following in the Mendon VR.

Edward Trask and Rachel Aldrich of Douglas int. Nov. 17, 1763.

Now admittedly it is intentions and I found no record of a marriage but...

Any help anyone????
