Harmony...
Could you provide a tiny bit more info? Which group are you interested in? The bunch in ND/SD/OR/WA/CA, related family groups in Manitoba/BC/Alberta, or the earlier groups in PA or NY? What is your connection? Who are you trying to research? Do you have a name with dates/location? More details are needed to answer your question.

Hello, I am trying to trace my family tree from a Wilhelm Aichele. He immigrated in the 1830's and settled in Ohio. I believe he was from the Wurttemburg area of Germany and married a Maria Wolpert. Wilhelm would be my Great-Great-Grandfather. Any information in regards to his ancestors and the exact location of his birth would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rick,
I don't know much about the Aicheles that came to the US in the 1830s but suspect a connection to the ones who came in the 1880-1900s and settled in ND, SD, and in Canada. Do you know from what village in Wuerttemburg your ancestor came? The ones I'm tracking came from a farming village east of Stuttgart called Nellingen. I'm sure that there is a good chance your bunch is probably related in someway if we went back far enough. Please contact me at ckhoag@uswest.net. Thanks, Cori

My gg grandfather was Gottlieb Aichele. He came from Germany. Believed to be born 12-13-1848. I have his father listed as W. F. Aichele and his mother as Margaretha Zeeb.
I know for sure that Gottlieb and his mother are burried in cemetary in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Not sure about his father. Please let me know if your "Wilhelm" may be the W. F. Aichele or some other relative. Thanks JMBEAL@ERINET.COM
