I am looking for information on Rachel Adkinson's parents. I believe that her mother was Rebecca Adkinson(unknown maiden name) and that she was born in South Carolina. I am unsure of her father's name but he was born in North Carolina. Rachel was born in 1811 in Fountain Co. Indiana, married Benj. Ludlow 18 Jun 1829, died 12 Jun 1883 in Winterset, Madison, Iowa. Rebecca shows up in Fountain county's records in 1830, but no husband. I am assuming he is dead. A conformation on Rebecca's connection to Rachel and her dates as well as Rachel's father's information is what I am looking for. Thanks!!
