I recently was in NY and doing research on my gg grandfather and I have a copy of a Deed between Alanson Adams and William Bixby. The Deed is dated 8th Feb 1844. Alanson Adams is of Collins in the County of Erie, New York. I'd be happy to send off copy of Deed.
