The only information I have on Alanson Adams is a deed dated 8 Feb 1844 between Alanson Adams of Collins of the County of Erie State of New York of the first part and William Bixby of Nunda of the County of Allegany and State of New York of the second part. The deed is for land purchased by Wm. Bixby, my gg grandfather, the property being in the village of Nunda, NY. In your Adams research have you run into a Phebe Adams or Lovina Adams, both maiden names of my g grandmother and gg grandmother.
