Dear George Abadee,

I do not have the surname Abadee in my database, but I do have Abadi. Can you tell me more about your ancestry? What part of the world they came from, etc?

Surnames: Abadee, Abadi
Dear both, I have family trees for Abadee, I am wondering whether your names are a derivation of Abdy/Abdey. If so I have a lot of interesting information and trees to discuss. Whilst you may not think so, I can confirm that my g.grandfather's brother is shown in the 1881 census as ADBY and yet we know he is an ABDEY. My research has advanced with the help of my cousin Cill and a lot of lovely people all interested in ABDY/ABDEY.

Please get in touch even if you do not think so as perhaps we can exchange other names which may fit in with these trees........it is surprising what results this can bring.

Julie/Cill

The families which I have in my files come from various places around the planet. I have one family in Argentina, another in Mexico, another in Colombia, another in Panama, also Israel, Egypt, New York, Syria, Miami and Lebanon. Most of the families are spelling their name as Abadi. Other spellings are Abadie and Abady.

Dear Helen,
Can you write to me at WJulesWade@aol.com please, I am sure that we can find a connection. We have just made great strides with the ABDEE tree.

Julia,

It is hard to tell from the information that you gave if you are possibly tied to the Abadi/Abadee members in my file. Do you have any idea where the ones in your tree resided or lived during any time during the last 200 years? Where are they now?
