I know that the surname Lanzetti was also changed by a man known as Salvatore Lanzetti. He was a famouse celloist from Naples and when he moved to Turin because of the dilect he changed it from Lancetti to Lanzetti. Lanzetti is my maiden name , I was born in Turin. I hope this helps.
