fritz jampen,,fritz jampen jr., fritz had four sons, 1.fritz, 2.henri, 3.louis,4. phillipe .( fritz and his sons arrived in couvet 1850.)
two of his sons married sisters, rosette adel truthardt, & fanny treuthardt,. they were farmers. louis , 1st wife. rosette adel treuthardt,, 2nd wife, anna saas, when louis remarried, he bought a little grocery store. henri, married, fanny treuthardt. henri was a shoe maker, he made shoes on order.henri took over the farm and made shoes in winter. jampens came from canton bern switzerland. one son of louis emmegrated to canada 1910.i have other names on children of above brothers. any one who has more info, i'd be greatly apreciative,.
