I am looking for the location of church records for the town of Kerzers for the 1600s. Specifically, for the surname of GUTKNECHT. These records might connect to the ancestors of both Presidents Barack OBAMA and Harry S. TRUMAN.

Would the records be in Kerzers or in another nearby town? There was a marriage in Murten. Thanks.
