I am researching my great grandfather, Francois Regla or de Regla form Hecho or Echo. He married Andrea (or Andressa) Serrano, a seamstress and was disowned by his family. He and Andrea went to Oloron-Ste. Marie in Bearn in Southern France where they had two children, Pierre (my grandfather) and a daughter who died in childhood.
