I know it is 2010, however I just came across your message. My Grandfather was Nicolas Cias aka Cia, He immigrated from Cuba in I believe the 20's. My brother and I received a call from a family member today, which prompted this search.

My parents, Richard Cias and Eleanor Cias went to Cuba back in the 80' to see his sister (which name I do not know). My father died last year and so did all information about that side of the Family.

There is only My brother Darryl 53 and Me, Romana 52. I would love to hear from you and fill me in on some family history. All our knowledge is with our Grandmother's side of the family, the Salmaggi's. That is the family we grew up with. We lived in New York then to California, my Grandfather (nicolas) and Grandmother came with us.
