Help Translate Baptism Record?

I have the baptism record for my great grandfather Manuel Moniz from Machico, Madeira.
For not speaking a word of Portuguese, I think I've done a decent job of translating the record and pulling out most of the pertinent information. I know some Spanish, which helped a bit. However, I have a lot of blank spaces that I'd love help with. If you'd like to transcribe the document, all the better. It will help me learn and probably help with future records since it seems like they're written in the same format. Also if I've made any mistakes in my transcription/translation, please let me know. I've uploaded my copy of the record (ignore the highlighting), and my transcription (apologies for no accent marks) and translation are below. I've numbered each line and indicated breaks with a slash. Many thanks!

Hi Brittany you did a great job for not speaking Portuguese. Most of the stuff you are missing is just standardized wording when they write the baptism record. Baptized one individual that I gave the name Manuel...

For your great great grandmother, I believe the name is Maria de Jesus (Not Arcenia). If you look at the Ms in the rest of the record they are very similar. I would be 90% sure of that.
Her job was essentially domestic duties (they pretty much put that for all the women)

For the godfather, it also mentions he is a widow, right after his name (viuvo).

The rest of the stuff is more jargon: I have made a duplicate which cannot be signed because the godfather does not know how to write. Then it's signed by the priest Fernando Augusto de (?)

Good Luck
