Deciphering a Baptismal Record

Surnames: Caldeira, Silva, Freitas
I've located the baptismal record for my 3rd GGM - Maria Rosa do Monte Caldeira (later moves to Kauai marries Antonio da Silva and has three daughters with him - (married names) Maria de Estrella Souza, Teresa Freitas, Isabella Freitas (then later Souza)) in the Madeira Archives however, I'm having a little trouble figuring out the note on it.

The original Portuguese says: Nascida a 12-08-1855. Filha natural. Os pais solteiros. O pai natural do Porto da Cruz e a mãe natural do Faial.

Using Google to translate it into English: Born on 08.12.1855. Natural daughter. Single-parent families. The natural father of Porto da Cruz and Faial natural mother.

Does anyone out there speak/read Portuguese or have familiarity with baptismal records of this time (1850s)? I understand that she was illegitimate but I'm curios why it would say "pai natural do Porto da Cruz" and "mãe natural do Faial"

Any help you can give would be appreciated!
