What were your family members surnames that were on the Suveric? Where did they board the ship in Madeira or St. Michael's (Sao Miguel)? My grandfather's family boarded the Suveric in Madeira, while my grandmother's boarded in St. Michael's five days earlier. I have no record/knowledge of them ever meeting on the ship.
