We are related because I have Johannes Pijls and Maria Meijers as my ancestors too but through their daughter Johanna Pijls (bap 21 May 1654, Schinnen) and married Petrus Hoen, 1 Nov 1676, Schinnen. I have tried hard to trace them back further. I did hear that a Schinnen society has published the Pijls genealogy and that it goes back further than our Johannes.
