Frederick Heyne born about 1795 declared his place of birth as the Hague, Netherlands. He was in Cape Town, SA by 1818 when he married. He remained in South Africa. I am wondering if anyone knows how I can find information on people who travelled to the Cape during that time and from the Netherlands. I understand there was frequent sea travel and he could have been on one of those ships, however, I have not been able to find a link to information that would take me past his arrival in Cape Town.
