Cemetery or death records?

Does anyone know how to find cemetery or death info for
Esch, Wiltz, Diekirch, Luxembourg
For about 1982 timeframe?

Is there an address we can write for civil registration, local obits or anything else we can use to confirm death info?

I'm specifically looking for Jean Joly who was born in France in 1908 and was married to Maria Meis.

You can search for articles in different luxembourgian newspapers:

I did a quick search but the only thing I found, was the obituary of Katharina Weicherding, she was the widow of Nikolaus Meis and died June 4, 1944.
One of the bereaved in the article is a Johann Joly-Meis, I think this you could be your Jean Joly.
Especially because Nikolaus Meis and Katharina Weicherding had a daughter, Marie born December 1, 1909.
