I am related to the Schaberts. My grandmother Minnie A. Schabert married Stephen P. Spiess. Her father Mahtias and most of their family lived and farmed in the Lesueur County area of Minneosta or in and about St. Peter, Mn. There are still many Schaberts in the area.
