I am looking to find a birth certificate from approximately 1868, for Piero Rovetto Sategna, son of Marghareta Sategna and Domingo Rovetto who was born on January 28, 1868, he was my great grand-father who was born in Volpiano, Torino, which is northern Italy, Piedmonte Region and was married to Natalina Gatone from the same region. They both came on December 26, 1905 to Panama and lived here in Boquete, Chiriqui, Panama. His last residences prior to Panama was Madrid, Spain.


Please advise where to start to find this.
