I am looking for any De Francesco originating in Guardiaregia, (Campobassso, Molise)especially a Ferdinando De Francesco in lived in the New York, New Jersey area and served in Italy during WWII. He searched for his cousin by the same name when passing through Guardiaregia but they never met up. He might have passed away by now or changed his name but I would love to hear from any of his family. I know for a fact that some of my great uncles changed their last names to FRANCIS aftering emigrating to the States. I am in touch with De Francesco in Italy and Canada but those in the States are lost to us. I wish they could find us and their roots.
