I´m sorry, I dont know if you speak english or spanish.
My name is Holger Jakubicka, 42 years of age and
married with Carmen Sagrario Yervis Gambetta from
Moquegua, Southern Peru area.
Since a lot of years I´m investigating the peruvian Gambetta
history.
Here my results:
Two brothers Gambetta had formed the large family three
of Gambetta.
Emmanuelle Augusto Giacomo *21.11.1834 Albisola Capo,
+27.12.1896 Ilo/Perú. as Manuel Gambetta.
He was married with Herminia Bonatti, also from Italy,
first children born in Peru at 1875 in Ilo, Peru.
They had 10 children.
The other one and direct forebear of my wife was
Giovanni Gambetta, also born in Albisola Capo *18.3.1843
and married to Eugenia Davila from Moquegua Peru. In
marriage act he is named José.
They had 5 children, one of tham was Rosa Gambetta,
great-granmother of my wife..

Please contact with me to know more of the italian roots of
those people named Gambetta.
P.S.: Father of Giovanni was also an Giuseppe Gambetta.
