Hi Judith

I do connect to the people you mentioned!

Michelangelo Favia born Nov 14 1852 Carbonara married Carmela Menolascina (born May 17 1861) on Aug 31 1882 in Carbonara. I only have one child in my files at this time, Antonio, born May 1 1883. He may not be the right one (if he died and a later Antonio was born).

Antonio looks like a 3rd cousin once removed of my great-aunt Mary Abbinante Purpura. She is my grandfather's half-sister. My blood lines go through Triggiano but my step-great-grandfather';s line goes through Carbonara.

I don't have the Favia ancestry but I do have the Menolascina. I will e-mail you with a "genealogy report" file in PDFF format.

I would appreciate if you could help me withwhatever you know about the descendants of Michele and Carmela.

Thanks so much for writing.
