I'm afraid my Ventrellas come from only 2 towns, Triggiano and Carbonara, but both are close to Montrone.

If you have birth years for your Ventrellas back in 1890's, then you can find more about them at an LDS Family History center. Montrone has been filmed 1809-1910.

I'm going to lay odds that your Montrone Ventrellas trace back to one of my towns but I don't have any connection to any Montrone Ventrellas yet. I will keep my eyes peeled and if I find anything I will let you know.

I am in the process of trying to find every Bari marriage that contains someone from Triggiano. I can check Montrone when I'm in Salt Lake in October and see if I find perhaps the parents of your Ventrellas.
